We have office in Santiago and Perth. However, the projects are located between the first and fourth region in Chile, hence headquarter is Santiago due to the easy access to travel logistics. Our target clients are either based in Perth, Melbourne or Sydney, who we regularly meet during convention events (e.g. RIU).
To meet with our Australian team, reach out to Leonardo R., alternatively, if travelling through or to Chile, Nicoles P. will gladly showcase the projects and if required take you or team to site.
We rely on our vast network to reach out to various mining sindicates, singular tenement holders, small mining groups or people. We establish relationships with them and identify where larger resource potential can be untapped with help from our geologists. Once identifying a resource growth potential we assess using VALMIN and other methodologies to estimate value proposal we then add to our portfolio for showcase to suitable investors.
If you are interested in the projects within our portfolio, we will have an initial meeting to understand suitability of projects and then proceed with an NDA and Exclusivity Rights . Once legality is resolved we will provide you access to the project data-room and we will coordinate with geology and legal for Q&A.
Yes, we can provide technical support during transaction if requested, by providing project management for activities to be completed, governance for project venture and/or sourcing third party independent experts to complete due diligence.
